Living Faith Assembly Family this is a message from Pastor Reggie;

Our Governor Steve Sisolak announced Tuesday (March 24, 2020) that all non-essential businesses would be shut dwon for the next 30 days as the state looks to control the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).

As you know states like California have issued a “Stay at Home” Executive Order passed down on March 19, 2020.  

Unfortunately, the government deems church as a non-essential" task. I have prayed to God for wisdom and guidance to lead our church safely throughout this epidemic.

At this time we are looking to abide by the rules/procedures passed down by Public Health officials, so please keep in practice the following protocol and share these precautions with your families:

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
• Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
• Stay home if you are sick. Anyone with a fever (>100.4 F / >38 C) should remain home until they have had no fever for 24 hours, without fever medication. Please follow your site/department procedure for reporting absences.
• Minimize close contact such as handshaking and hugging.
• Remain diligent in your efforts to encourage good hygiene and monitor for signs of illness.
• Maintain a proper “social distance” of 6-10 feet during all activities outside (if you have to go out).

Governor Sisolak announced that Las Vegas is trying hard to keep things moving during this time. He also announced the development of a COVID-19 Response and Relief task Force established.

Sadly, this virus is changing day to day. As your Pastor, I will do my best to continue to keep you updated concerning the church as best I can.  Please stay prayerful.
